WHITE WINE
VIDAL BLANC: A semi-dry white wine
with a unique fruity flavor and fresh aroma. Goes great with seafood, fowl
and desserts.
CHARDONNAY:
A semi-dry white wine with a distinct varietal flavor
with full complex aroma and bouquet. Produced in stainless steel tanks with
no oak.
SAINTE MARIE BLANC: A semi-sweet white with a fruity bouquet and fruity flavor.
RUSSELL BLANC: A semi-sweet white wine made for the Vidal Blanc
grape, with a citrus flavor.
BLENDED
LIGHT WINE
BLUSH: A semi-sweet crisp and fruity wine with a soft finish that
distinguishes itself from reds and whites.
ROSE WINE
DE CHAUNAC ROSE`: A semi-sweet rose` with a ditinctive flavor and bouquet
of our DeChaunac but with a lighter finish.
RUSSELL ROSE`:
A semi-sweet rose` with a crisp fruity flavor and
pleasant bouquet.
SAINTE MARIE ROSE`: A semi-sweet rose` with its varietal flavor and bouquet.
RED WINE
RICHLANDS RED: A full bodied semi-sweet red wine made from a blend of
French hybrid grapes. This is a wine we developed for the little town of Richlands,
Virginia.
RUSSELL ROUGE: A semi-dry red wine blended and bottled just for Russell
County Virginia. It has a distintive bouquet and flavor that everyone will
love.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON:
A dry red wine with a fruity bouquet and
a delightful taste. This wine has no oak and is fermented in stainless steel
tanks.
HEART OF APPALACHIA STEUBEN:
A red full bodied wine with a delectable
taste and bouquet. Bottled especilly for the Heart of appalachia Tourism Authority.
